How to process RMA or DOA?

Please contact our account manager who is in charge of your region. Our sales will get an RMA number for you from our repair technician and send you the RMA form for your registration. After that, please send us back the item with RMA form. Our technician will repair the unit within 2 weeks and organize to send you back.

As for DOA, it is necessary that you declare this within 45 days after receipt of goods for the following internal procedure.
